Glen Baker III

Glen began his career in Hydraulics at the age of 16 working as a summer intern at his family’s business Baker Equipment (Richmond, VA).Glen’s Great Grandfather, Joe Baker started his Family’s business in 1919 and he worked with both his Grandfather J. Glen Baker and his father, Skip Baker. Glen is the4^th Generation of the Baker family business. He prides himself in leading a Team that strives to exceed expectations.

Glen is gifted in both Sales, Operations and Business Development. He is passionate about serving the customer and investing in his local community and in his Church. He is married with 2 children and is an Advisor to 2 other small businesses in the Richmond area.

Glen achieved his BA in Business and Management from Randolph Macon College. He then completed his Mini-MBA at the Robins School of Business, and recently he is a graduate of the Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program at The Wharton School of Business.
